She is a Scheel Keel

Taken from survey detail:
The deck is moulded in off white gelcoat and it is believed to be laid up by hand as a sandwich construction using a combination of CSM with woven rovings and polyester resin either side of the core material. End grain balsa is believed to be used for the core material and this is believed to be replaced by plywood pads in the way of the
standard deck fittings.

Broker's Comments

So much character and good reputation for build quality and sea worthiness. This Rival 36 She is a Scheel Keel comes to the market with her second owners since 1990. She appears to be in good condition with probably the cleanest bilges I have ever seen.
Lovingly maintained and cared for throughout her ownership, the good news the owner tells me the deck is good with no leaks. She has 2011 sails and new 2024 standing rigging.
I really like her interior with its warming cherry wood and oval entrance toward the saloon - checkout the photos.
