Boatshed London are delighted to offer this stunning 24m Dutch Barge for sale with picturesque residential mooring near Windsor on the River Thames.

Completely rebuilt by the current owner with the work done by a professional boat restoration company, this barge gives someone the opportunity to buy into a life afloat in peaceful and leafy surroundings with the added benefit of being a great base to explore the length of the Thames from.

The central wheelhouse means you have a wonderful aft deck to enjoy evenings out in the sun watching the boats on this lovely stretch of the river. Inside, the wheelhouse has room for a dining table and down below there are two good sized cabins, both with ensuite bathrooms and a light and spacious living area and galley. All the windows are double glazed and the barge has spray foam insulation throughout. The boat has central heating from an oil-fired Worcester boiler and under floor heating. There is also a gas stove in the saloon so keeping warm is never a problem on board.

Everything in this barge is bespoke and there is a high level of workmanship on show. Combined with the location of its mooring at this over subscribed spot, it all adds up to a fantastic home on the water. Windsor is a short drive or cycle away and for only £600pcm, you'll find it hard to find a better value mooring. Please note, dogs are not allowed at this site.
