Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 18m Humber Barge for sale with London residential mooring at Greenland Dock.
Located on one of the best spots in the marina with spectacular views across the basin with the added benefit of having no boat moored on the starboard side, this two bedroom barge is a fantastic floating home suitable for a couple or family.
The barge was originally built in the 1920's and in current ownership since 2006. It has a large open plan wheelhouse/saloon leading down to the galley/dining area. Lots of light and of course, those brilliant views here.
Down below there is a guest cabin with double bed and lots of storage and a utility room that leads to the huge storage void underneath the galley. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower and flushing heads and furthest forward is the good sized master cabin. There is the option to convert the bow locker into further accommodation and make the master cabin considerably larger.
The residential mooring at Greenland Dock is fully transferable and there is NO transfer fee on this purchase. The transfer fee was implemented in 2009 and this boat has been owned since 2006 so it does not apply. Current mooring fees are £8,100 per annum. A tranquil spot with excellent transport links, viewing is highly recommended.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
