Broker's Comments

This lovely Steelcraft Narrowboat is actually 50'6" long and was stripped out and completely re-fitted and re-painted in 2012 by Brayzel Narrowboats in Garstang. She was 2 pac blacked in 2019 and has a BSC until 2026.

Coming in through the stern you have the cockpit and engine room area with all the electrics etc. The batteries were all new in 2022.

Then you come down into the double cabin (with under bed storage), wardrobe and cupboards. There are privacy doors front and rear in this cabin and spotlights above the double bed.

The shower room is next with full size tiled shower, basin with vanity unit and a composting toilet. The old pump out tank and wiring is still there and it could be converted back to an electric pump out but the present owner prefers the ease of the composting.

Down the hall is a well-appointed galley with full size cooker, 240 volt fridge freezer, stainless sink and plenty of extra storage. The duck hatch looks out from the sink area. There is a spare 12v fridge included in the sale if wanted.

The comfortable saloon has built-in bench seating which converts into a double bed and also has a large saloon table that is removable. There is a Morso woodburning stove as the main heating with an induction fan also.
